Ahhh! This will be my last full week here at the hospital. I know I've done a lot of complaining, but looking back on my stay here it hasn't been too bad. I know it's easier to say now that the end is approaching, but I also know that it could have been worse. I have made a lot of new nurse friends and will miss them when I get discharged next week.
After delivery, I should be moved to the mother and baby ward of the hospital. However, since baby girl has a good chance go needing to be in the NICU ... it looks like I am being given the choice of whether or not I want to move, since chances are I won't have a in room baby. From what I know, mother and baby is a slightly bigger room but a smaller bathroom ... but no additional perks. I am leaning towards staying in my current room, since I am already settled in here and I know the staff. I'd only get kicked out if they needed the room for another patient.
