I am normally very excited for the weekend ... but sadly with all the time on my hands these days, the weekend is just another day to get through. It's actually worse then the weekdays because less people will be online for me to chat with, lol.
Regardless, I woke up feeling pretty rested today. I am proud of myself too because I didn't take the sleeping pill. I was starving and wolfed down a ham, mushroom and onion omelet ... damn people forgot my toast, but I didn't bother to call and complain.
For most of the morning I had the TV on cartoons while facebooking and surfing the internet.
I had a chicken sandwich with celery/ranch and chips for lunch and started reading Eclipse. I've noticed that time seems to go by faster when reading more so then when watching movies. That surprises me, so I am not sure it's because of the type of movies I am watching ... or that I am just sadly "into" these books. hehe
I doze off and took a short nap in the afternoon. Not really sure why I was all of a sudden so tired. In the afternoon, I watched PS I love you and cried like a baby.
Brad and Tyler came for dinner ... we tried watching The Horton Hears a Who, but Tyler wasn't interested. We ended up watching most of How to Train a Dragon. I can't say Tyler actually watched it, but it was on. We talked about the birthday party he went to and played with the Cars he brought. He is so talkative these days, its crazy. A little person who says exactly what is on his mind.
He asked if I was coming home today ... and seemed a little disappointment when I said no. I feel really bad for him. His life has changed so abruptly and it's hard to tell how he has been dealing with the change. I'm just happy that he is happy to see me. :)
