Jan 2 - Jan 8

Sun, Jan 2
I am going to guess we stayed home, but don't quote me on it. :)

Mon, Jan 3
Yay, Tyler didn't cry. Mommy thinks it was a miracle that Tyler did not cry today when she dropped him off at school today. Normally after a long break such as this one, he usually grumbles. I guess he's "grown" up in that sense. He was happy and gave his teacher's hugs ... it was cute.

Tried going to the mall today, but mommy learned that she was spoiled by the holiday schedule in December. Damn place doesn't open until 10:30 normally! WTH!

Sadly we only got through Target before Emily got antsy and hungry. Rather then feed her at the mall ... mommy opted to go home where we then stayed for the rest of the day.

Tues, Jan 4
Today instead of running her one errand in the morning after Tyler's drop off. Mommy instead planned to go to the mall after lunch. It was a bit more crowded then she was expecting, but nothing to complain about after the holiday season.

We went to Macy's, the Disney Store, and Old Navy and only ended up with underpants for Tyler. Marvel super heroes ... he should be excited. :)

Wed, Jan 5
This morning we went to Kohl's and exchanged some towels for the 4 Eric Carle books. These were Tyler's absolute favorite about a year a go. We already had the Hungry Caterpillar (but in a board book), so mommy bought it anyway since this was the BIG hard cover one. That along with The Grouchy Lady Buy, The Mixed Up Chameleon, and something else she can't remember at the moment.

Back at home Emily got fed and mommy ate and then it was off to Wal Mart.
Dinner with Yee's at Pho My.
Clothes from Ms Connie

Thurs, Jan 6
Target, laundry

Friday, Jan 7
More laundry
Hung out with Murakami's for a bit during the afternoon
BBQ dinner at Murakami's

Sat, Jan 8
Tyler and daddy went for a hair cut while mommy stayed home while the house was cleaned.

Tyler and mommy went to Wal Mart to do some gift card shopping. Well it was actually merchandise credit, but there really isn't a differences I suppose. Tyler got a few Toy Story toys that he said he didn't want so we returned them for credit and he's been choosing something new on the rare occasion we actually go to Wal Mart. (mommy is a Target person, hehe) The first time he chose a talking Optimius Prime and this time he chose a k'nex race car (which is like legos)

For dinner we had Pizza at the Murakami's. Tyler conned Uncle Shaun into putting together his car. Mental note, k'nex is not as good as lego's.
